When to return?

 

The deadline for any refund is 14 days (from the date of receipt of the package). No exchange will be accepted.

"The consumer who changes his mind must use his right of withdrawal within 14 days and without having to give reasons or pay penalties, except, where applicable, the cost of return. The withdrawal period of 14 days established by law Hamon ".

 

Where and how to send my return?

You must return the package to the following address:

Regarding the shoes: items must be returned in their original packaging in good condition (no taped shoe box), all in a package properly closed.

 

How will I receive the amount corresponding to the return?

Once admitted to our center back, you will receive the amount by the same payment method that you used to make your purchase

  

When will I receive the amount back?

Once received at our CLAROSA center you will receive a confirmation email that will tell you that the amount will be transferred into your account within 5 business days of receipt of your return package.

We remind you that the deadline for it to be credited to your account depends on your bank entity.

 

 

What should I do if the amount is incorrect?

Contact our customer service (serviceclarosa@gmail.com) that will solve the problem as quickly as possible.

 

Clarosa.fr has the right to refuse returns sent after the deadline, as well as clothes not returned in the same condition as when received by the customer.
